TRINDGROUP Welcomes Chloe Madison as Junior Account Manager
At TRINDGROUP, our expertise in the B2B industry is customized and adapted to our clients’ needs. We handle each of our clients with care and strive to foster relationships through our account management to produce the highest quality of work. TRINDGROUP is thrilled to welcome our newest Junior Account Manager, Chloe Madison.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Chloe moved to Starkville, Mississippi to attend Mississippi State University, where she earned her degree in Communication and Public Relations in December 2024. With an aunt who worked at the university, she was no stranger to campus. Her interest in public relations sparked during her college years when she discovered her love for news writing. It wasn’t until she met Dr. John Forde, a professor and mentor, that she realized the potential of public relations as a career. His guidance led her to a position as Communication Manager for the Mississippi State EcoCAR team, where she honed her skills in managing social media accounts and writing press releases and blogs.
Her experience doesn’t stop there. Chloe worked with Mississippi State’s Agriculture and Natural Resources Marketing team, contributing articles for Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station (MAFES) Discovers Magazine and Mississippi State College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) Influence Magazine. Here, she interviewed scientists and researchers, digging deep into complex topics and making them accessible to a wider audience.
As Junior Account Manager, Chloe will quickly become an integral part of the team. Her role involves overseeing social media accounts for clients, scheduling posts, writing blogs and press releases, maintaining websites and tracking social media analytics to help clients grow their online presence.
When it came to choosing her next step after graduation, Chloe knew TRINDGROUP was the right fit.
“I’ve always wanted to work for an agency, and TRINDGROUP’s dynamic environment and diverse clientele were a perfect match for me. The opportunity to dive into public relations, especially with the oil and gas industry, excited me because it’s an area I’ve never explored before,” she shared.
When she’s not managing accounts or writing content, Chloe loves to bake, go on walks, watch reality TV and spend time with her cat.
We are thrilled to have Chloe join our team. With her experience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm, we are confident that she will thrive in her role at TRINDGROUP.
